The multifunction relay from miunske provided the solution. Its diverse functions can be configured within a very short time – and thus adapted exactly to the respective customer requirements. There are two options for the configuration: Either you use the configurator very conveniently and you will have the exactly matching special relay delivered within 48 hours. Or you can set the parameters yourself using the programming kit offered by miunske.
After a short phone call with the product manager, BTG decided to use the online configurator to parameterize the MFC with the desired function as a “potential-free stepping relay”. Delivery was within 48 hours. Because the processes using the online configurator were so easy and the delivery was extremely fast, BTG ordered a 2nd MFR configuration shortly afterwards, this time as a pulse relay with XOR on both inputs.
In the future, BTG is also considering purchasing a miunske programming kit so that it can parameterize certain functionalities itself.
In this case, miunske offers its customers comprehensive support if questions arise during the parameterization process. In addition to a dedicated MFR product manager, online training options, are also available, e.g. B. an „MFR parameterization workshop“.
