Range of services

With our long-standing experience and the use of state-of-the-art technology, we can also fulfill individual customer requests—with high quality and at fair prices. We offer cable assembly as part of your development project with us.

Cutting and stripping wires:

Our high-performance Komax Kappa 330 SingleHead ensures highly precise cutting and stripping results that are gentle on the wire. We can process cables from 0.22 - 35 mm2 (AWG 24 - 2).

Contact processing / crimping:

We believe in using the best technology. Our machinery includes Hanke 963, WDT UP55 and Komax BT752 crimping presses. They ensure perfect processing results – and guarantee connections with high electrical and mechanical safety. We process contacts from 0.30 to 50 mm².

Cable connection via ultrasonic welding

With our Minic-III from Schunk, we are able to weld aluminum, copper, and mixed joints. It delivers the best welding results in terms of strength as well as the visual appearance of the weld nodes and covers a cross-sectional area from 0.26 mm² to 30 mm².

Manufacturing:

Quality Made in Germany: We manufacture at our company headquarters in Großpostwitz/Saxony. With the many years of experience of our employees and through the use of the latest technology and testing methods, cable sets of the highest product quality are manufactured here.

Marking:

With our alphaJET printer from KOENIG & BAUER, we can label your cables and components individually – either with serial numbers, DMC or barcodes. Personalisation not only supports your brand image, but also ensures complete traceability of your components.

Final product testing:

All cable assemblies are electrically tested. Optionally, we can carry out various load tests for you in our in-house high-current laboratory.
