CUSTOMIZED CONTROL WITH OPUS A6
The timber transport vehicles from Johannes Koop Fahrzeugbau GmbH & Co. KG basically consist of a tractor and a trailer with variable lengths. All vehicle lights, the crane and its boom as well as the control of the engine and its speed are controlled via the OPUS A6 from TOPCON. Here, Miunske implemented the application-specific programming of the TOPCON control unit, including all components / functionalities to be integrated. In addition to the configuration of all CAN components, the service also included the customer-specific design of the monitor display. The control is designed in such a way that an adaptation to new tractors can be implemented without great effort. It can be used in almost any project with a log trailer and expanded with new functions with little effort.
