Validation of 48v components in own high-current laboratory
To ensure that electronic components with safety functions work properly in all situations it needs extensive tests and trials. For validation our 48 V components miunske® invetsed in a high-current laboratory that makes it possible to test the hardware for the corresponding power range. Developers can simulate very specific interferences in low-voltage networks to test the safety and critical loads. The specimens are tested under thermal and mechanical stress to determine their load capacity under the nominal and short-circuit current. With the available equipment, tests with direct current are possible. Electrical loads of up to 20 kW can be simulated.
