Health Days 2025 at miunske- inspire, try out, do something good

Health in focus-is the motto of the health days at miunske from 19th to 23rd May 2025

The entire miunske team once again had the opportunity to evaluate, classify and mobilize their personal nutritional situation and fitness level during presentations on metabolic activity, a metabolic analysis as well as workouts and active stretching exercises.

In addition, an employee-initiated step challenge motivated employees to take more exercise in their everyday lives and encouraged team colleagues to walk a step or two more or to walk to work instead of driving. A summary of the offers and efforts as well as the awarding of the steps king could be drawn at the traditional staff evening.The motivated group enjoyed salads and street food for the palate, as some of the colleagues prepared for another highlight of the Health Days. With an eye on the well-being of others, the management organized a blood donation campaign in conjunction with Haema GmbH, where the miunske team was cordially invited to do something good for other people too. After all, blood donors are lifesavers. Many of the colleagues, including some first-time donors, took the opportunity to donate their blood. A campaign with imitative potential!
