With more than 80 employees, we deal with products and innovative developments for tomorrow’s commercial vehicles and work machines in the field of electronics on a daily basis. We are passionate about optimising conventional commercial vehicle technologies in electronics because they drive progress towards a sustainable future. We operate in the B2B market worldwide.

Soft & Hardware Development
The future has no time for delay. Neither do we. As an employee in our hardware and software development department, you can expect a powerful team consisting of inventors, tinkerers, thinkers and practitioners. You will develop innovative solutions for our customers, which include not only well-known OEMs of agricultural and construction machinery, but also many special vehicle manufacturers from the fire department and police and rescue service sectors. Involved in customer projects, you will develop, among other things, customer-specific control modules as well as switching and display units to meet the requirements of increasing automation. You modernise electronic vehicle concepts and equip hardware and software components with various standardised interfaces in vehicle and control communication. Together we are creating solutions for vehicles on the way to electromobility to make commercial vehicles fit for the future. There is innovation potential for developers here. Design and prototyping
We turn pure imagination into hard facts. As part of the design and prototyping team, you connect the virtual and real worlds. Together with us, you create prototypes and sample series from drawn assemblies. Coordination results from project meetings and customer discussions flow directly into the product development process through your work. You are the connection between development and production. Test set-ups and production equipment are designed and supervised with your help. As a design engineer, you are the contact person for our production staff regarding production machines, tools and specially designed equipment. You can actively contribute your know-how while working on innovative projects and the mechanical development of new products. The implementation of our developer know-how lies in the competence of our manufacturing. Our production team is the most important component here. Here, complex electronic and mechanical components for commercial and special vehicles as well as mobile machines are created from individual components. As part of the team, you will work hand in hand with our development, purchasing/sales and logistics departments. You combine requirement profiles and production processes and always have an eye for optimising the production process and innovative manufacturing technologies. Together you will implement our high standards in terms of quality and timing, because customer satisfaction is your top priority. To ensure that our customers ultimately receive the right part at the right time in the right place, our logistics team forms the bridge from the product to the customer. From goods reception to storage, picking and packing, you are involved in the entire goods cycle of our warehouse. Our customers benefit from your punctual work, which includes, among other things, the comprehensible documentation of the movement of goods. Because if you are informed, you can plan ahead. You support customer-specific shipping requirements and deal with the optimisation of logistical processes. Our production is dependent on your support, because you also ensure the internal supply of components. If goods traffic is in your blood, then miunske is the right place for you.
