Advent meeting with Hopfengold

Coming together is a necessity for us. At our regular staff meetings, we exchange important information interdepartmentally. We used our last meeting in 2024 in particular to focus on our achievements and positive aspects: whether customer projects that have been completed, the successful SAP update, the nearing finalisation of our new warehouse, the bicycle garage and much more.

A special highlight on this early evening: the Hopfengold brewed by our managers as part of a brewing seminar at the Landskronbrauerei Görlitz, which was served to the entire team for tasting. Coupled with a pre-Christmas atmosphere and tasty food, we experienced open communication and active togetherness. Such events strengthen team spirit, enable an exchange of experiences, the development of creative ideas and the best possible solutions. They give our team the necessary strength.

The jointly brewed beer is more than just a gesture at the end of the year. It vividly illustrates that it takes ingredients and the activity of each department to create a successful and sophisticated product. With this intention, we are looking forward to the coming projects in 2025.
