How can work processes become more effective?
How do you bundle project-related information and work steps and make them available to the people involved?
How do project owners always maintain a complete overview of upcoming to-dos, intermediate goals achieved and upcoming deadlines until finalization?
Our junior employee ERWIN MISCHKE has given these questions and their solutions a lot of thought and, in coordination with the Software/IT team, has developed a tool that solves precisely these questions and potential problems. His solution: “The project manager”.
Intuitive to use, this software maps the company’s key core functions and processes and is already being used in ongoing project planning.
Our conclusion: The project manager in its current form is a long-term basis for successful and efficient project management at miunske – a tool with a future.
The miunske team would like to congratulate ERWIN on its success at the Youth Innovation Award by the Technologieförderverein Bautzen!
