WE START INTO THE TRADE FAIR SEASON!

Surrounded by interests of innovative technologies in the commercial vehicle sector as well as partners of the branch miunske® presented its future oriented products from 28th-29th of June 2023 at the iVT EXPO.

In focus the Multi-Sound-Module with AVAS compliance as well as the flow-sensor „speediflow“ –the result of a cooperative research and development project with the technical University of Dresden.

AVAS- not a new term in the electric and hybrid vehicle industry when it comes to acoustic warning and sound-based vehicle differentiation. However, miunske makes it special. 3 digital synthesizers enable the simultaneous generation of vehicle sounds. In this way, for example, different vehicle interior and exterior sounds as well as the acoustic distinction between forward and backward movement are reproduced. If warning sounds such as obstacle detection are added, they are also emitted. On top, a specially developed application software with which users can create individual vehicle sounds and then check them for AVAS conformity.

The speediflow research project belongs to a completely different section. With the flow sensor, miunske is rethinking sensor technology and enabling measurements of particle-laden flows under extreme environmental conditions and in locations that were previously out of question or only possible with a great deal of effort. In conjunction with a detailed presentation by the TU Dresden on the topic of speediflow, the audience of the 2-day conference got comprehensive insight into the functional principle and potential fields of application of this new sensor.
