An ambitious goal? We don’t think so. The annual Health Day is not only intended to provide information on health topics, but also to be a springboard for thinking about healthy lifestyles into old age. With specific offers, we motivate our employees to acquire new knowledge and to integrate it into their everyday life. Because only when the rare becomes a habit, routines will build up that have a long-term effect on health.
To ensure that our employees and colleagues can do their jobs reliably in future, this year we were focusing on items on the agenda such as:

Eye Test
After the introductory event it was already clear that everyone has its own personal goal. Some on a smaller scale, others on a larger one. And that’s what it’s all about…colleagues who contribute to animating the day through their questions and their motivation. Our conclusion: it has succeeded. At least that was the mood at the staff evening that brought the day to a close.
