It is well known that a company’s performance is closely dependent on the performance of its employees. However, the daily routine at work presents employees with challenges that are associated with different and often one-sided stresses. This year, miunske GmbH once again took its responsibility and organized a health day, where all employees were offered a variety of information and activities around the topic of fitness and health. The aim was to motivate the employees to pay more attention to their physical and sensory well-being within the work environment in order to prevent excessive stress and the risk of illness associated with it. The offerings ranged from eye yoga, coordination tests, fascia training and running analysis to vital screening, in which relevant body values were determined and evaluated. A welcome refreshment was provided by the sales department in the form of an ice cream machine, which supplied all colleagues with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Thanks to the wide range of offers and the commitment of Techniker Krankenkasse and its participating partners, many tips and suggestions could be collected to maintain or rediscover one’ s own personal balance.
The burger dinner at the joint barbecue evening with bullriding combined with a strawberry punch served by miunske solution GmbH formed a conclusion reminiscent of a summer festival.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
