Health days-More power in everyday working life!

The Health Days took place at miunske again this year. From 28.05 to 30.05.2024, our employees dedicated themselves entirely to their health and preventive healthcare in order to stay fit for everyday working life.

In addition to offers such as body analysis and a heart check, some of the participants also got a little more strenuous with a workout using the Flexi-Bar (swinging bar) and the fascia roller.

Accompanied by suggestions on how to organize active breaks and a presentation on nutrition, our participants focused on the topic of health and received new food for thought for a better quality of life, even when things get a little more stressful at work. The thoughts: “You are what you eat!” or “Movement is life” create incentives and open our eyes to how we want to live and work in the future.

In the team afternoon that followed, we focused on joint activities in the crazy team game “The chicken is loose”, followed by an award ceremony for the best among us.

The day was concluded with a rustic meal, good conversation and a lot of good vibes.
